You invest in building new Koykan restaurants, in the phase where value is created: we turn a rented space into a restaurant that trades and generates revenue, and that location is worth considerably more than the cost of fitting it out. That difference belongs to the co-owners. The exit is defined upfront: established restaurants are bought out under a published formula by major franchise partners, private equity funds or the yield side of the platform, and the value realised flows back to co-owners and funds the next locations.

Entry is through a bond, which we convert into company shares once the round closes, turning you from a creditor into a co-owner. Until that conversion, your stake earns interest.

Issue terms – Growth Capital

Use of proceeds: Building twenty new Koykan locations across Europe
Target return: 1.5 to 2 times the invested amount over one cycle of ~30 months
Annual interest during the bond phase: 10% per year (fixed)
Coupon interest payment: semi-annually
Principal repayment: in one instalment at the end of the term, except in case of conversion
Term: 3 years
Minimum subscription: €5,000
Total value of the bond issue: €2,000,000
Conversion into shares: 1:1 against the amount paid in, by mid-2027
Early subscriber premium: 10% more shares at conversion, for payments made by 31.12.2026
