Investing in equity stakes in the parent company
Equity Capital means a stake in the company behind the entire Koykan platform. Instead of a stake in a single location, you become a co-owner of the entire business.
Through this channel, an investor acquires ownership at the level of Planets Group d.o.o., the parent company that holds the Koykan brand, intellectual property, franchise rights and operating system. The channel is open to strategic and institutional investors, who subscribe for a stake directly, and to retail investors, who reach ownership through the Development Bond with a co-ownership option.

The return on an equity investment comes from growth in the value of the stake in Planets Group d.o.o. and any dividend payments, in accordance with the company’s decisions. The value of the stake tracks the development of the whole system (the expansion of the restaurant network and growth in the value of the brand and franchise rights), not the results of any single location.
