Through this channel the investor acquires ownership at the level of Planets Group d.o.o., the parent company that holds the brand, the intellectual property, the franchise rights and the operating system of the Koykan brand. The channel is open to both strategic and institutional investors, who subscribe for a stake directly, and to retail investors, who reach ownership through a development bond with a co-ownership option.
