BONDS

The investment concept behind Koykan bonds

A bond is, in essence, a loan: the investor lends funds to the company at a fixed rate of interest, and the company repays them within the agreed term under predefined conditions. The investor is not a co-owner but a creditor. Bondholders are paid before the company’s owners, but the bonds are unsecured.

Koykan issues bonds on predefined terms and in accordance with capital markets regulation, at two levels: a corporate programme at the level of the holding company, which finances the development and ongoing operations of the whole platform, and bond programmes tied to individual markets and the restaurants opened there. Alongside the classic fixed-return bond, the programme includes a bond with a co-ownership option, an instrument that is legally distinct from a classic convertible bond, described on the Development Bond page.

Bonds are nothing new for Koykan: more than 500 investors took part in earlier cycles, and the Group has a track record of many years of regular coupon payments.
INDICATIVE RETURN ON THE CONCEPT PRESENTED

Depending on the issue, the bonds carry a fixed annual coupon. The exact coupon, term and conditions are set separately for each issue.

FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENT

The return range stated indicates the potential of the concept presented and depends on the terms of the individual issue. It is not an offer, an invitation to invest or a guarantee of return. The final return, coupon and other terms are set separately for each issue and may differ from the range stated. Every investment carries risk, including the risk of losing the funds invested. The specific terms and risks are set out in the documents for the individual issue, published on our website.

In plain terms

A bond is the simplest way into Koykan: you lend funds at a fixed rate of interest and for a term known in advance, and you are a creditor rather than a co-owner. You are paid before the company’s owners, but the bonds are unsecured. Alongside the classic bond, the programme includes a bond with a co-ownership option. The specific terms and all related risks are set out in the offering documents published on our website.

Register your interest and we will get back to you with the next steps.
An expression of interest is a non-binding registration, not a payment.

FORWARD-LOOKING STATEMENT

The options available at maturity depend on the terms of the individual issue and on the platform rules in force at that time. The specific terms and risks are set out in the documents for the individual issue, published on our website.
